Hardworking, empathetic, and determined are just a few adjectives that describe the qualities of our Board of Directors. Our Board is comprised of Entrepreneurs, Educators, Social Workers, and Human Service Workers who are and or have been front line workers working with at risk and high risk youth and adolescents. Diamonds On The Rise is a growing organization that prides itself with providing quality over quantity service to the citizens of Baltimore and surrounding counties. Our Board plays a vital role with linking resources and assuring the organization is implementing quality yet addressing the need of resources in a forever changing community.
